Flocking Competition
Two way intermediate and two way open
Fax Meet / Web Meet style competition.
Submit you best video to (address to be announced) by the end of December.
Video footage should start with team name and round number.
Remaining footage of the jump needs to be continuous and unedited.

Please include the following details;
- Team name:
- Home Dropzone.
- Names of team members including video flyer.
- Email address and contact number.
- Specify intermediate or open.
First round starts: 12th November to 12th December
Second round : 1st February to 1st March
Third round : 1st April to 1st May
Intermediate: – Round One - Up and over’s.
60 Seconds working time.
Time starts “off the door”
Form up side by side.
Flyer one pops up, over then down beside Flyer two.
Flyer one then pops up, over and back down to his/her starting position.
Flyer two then pops up, over, down then back again
Points are counted for successful transitions.
i.e. up and over and down is one point, up and back over is another point etc.
Flyers don’t have to be perfectly level but we do expect to see an attempt to pull up along side each other after a transition.
Basically, if you pop up, over and back with out dropping down beside the other flyer you will miss out on two potential points.
In the interests of furthering our navigation skills and keeping our friendly DZSO’s friendly, the entire team is required to land on the drop zone to qualify for any points at all.
Open :– Round One – Up, Over and Dock.
Same as the intermediate but you are required to take a hand to hand grip after a transition.
Grips do not have to long in duration but need to more than a passing swipe.
If you present a solid grip for the camera, you are more likely to have the point awarded buy the judges.
i.e. Flyer one –
Up, over then down AND take a grip.
Then up, over, back down and pull along side.
Flyer two then proceeds up, over, down and takes grip etc.
